These terms set the rules for using the Ronuzun Bass Harbor website and its game. Please read them before your first shift on the quay.
Accepting these terms
By opening or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please close the site. We may revise the terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised text.
Entertainment only, not gambling
Ronuzun Bass Harbor is a free game made purely for entertainment. It does not offer, facilitate or promote gambling for real money, and nothing on the site involves stakes, deposits, bets or payouts of any kind.
The rose window and boons have no value
The rose window wheel grants one in-game blessing per browser session. Blessings only change how the game plays on your device. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed, and they have no monetary or real-world value.
Scores, shells and hearts
Shells, points, hearts and best scores exist only inside the game and are stored in your browser. They are not prizes, cannot be cashed out or traded, and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
Age requirement: 19+
The site is intended only for adults aged 19 or older. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are at or above the legal gambling age where you live, even though no gambling takes place here.
No prediction of real gambling success
Doing well in Ronuzun Bass Harbor depends on strategy inside a game and on chance built into a simulation. It does not indicate, train or predict success in any real gambling activity, and it should never be treated as practice for one.
